Lightbox is so excited to help capture your special day during graduation. We are offering personal photography sessions all throughout graduation week, where you can choose your favourite locations around town as the perfect backdrop. Unlike many companies, we are completely flexible with timings, photographer and number of photographs. Book your slot using the portal below and check our FAQs if you have any further questions. FAQs

+ How do I know my session doesn't clash with my ceremony?

If your convocation is in the morning, you can pick up your gown from 8:30am and your ceremony is from 10:00am-12:00pm. If your convocation is in the afternoon, you can pick up your gown from 8:30am and your ceremony is from 1:30pm-3:30pm. Everybody needs to return their gowns by 6:00pm.

+ Where do we meet and where can we go?

We will meet next to the PH outside St Salvator's Quad. We will take photos wherever you want, providing it is within 30 minutes' walking distance of the meeting point. Our photographers will also have a list of their favourite locations to choose from.

+ Do you offer prints and how many do I receive?

We offer a completely digital service where you will receive the full resolution digital files via a download link within a week after your ceremony. The final number depends on how many we take on the day! We will give you every good photograph and we don't have a photo-limit.

+ How much does a session cost?

Sessions cost £40 per 30 minutes. You also have the option to book an hour long session for £80 if you want to be more relaxed and visit more locations.

+ How do I pay you?

This year, we are only accepting electronic payments made through the booking portal. You will be invited to pay in order to confirm your slot.

+ How do know my booking is confirmed?

Once you have submitted your payment information, you should receive an email confirming all the details of your booking. You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before your session.

+ I can't make my session anymore. Can I get my money back?

You may cancel your session for a full refund up to 2 weeks before your session. We are unable to issue refunds after this time, however you are able to reschedule your booking or let someone take your place up to 24 hours before your session.

+ Can I request a certain photographer?

Yes, you can select which photographer you would like book through the booking portal. While we cannot guarantee that the photographer will be free, we will try our best to accommodate. You can view the portfolios of all our photographers here.

+ I have a lot of family, will I need more than 30 minutes?

We usually manage to get all the photographs we want within the 30 minutes. However, you may want to book a full hour if you want to take the session at a more relaxed pace and fit in more locations.
