Benoît co-founded Lightbox in 2012 with Jessica Biggs and Amy Thompson. After graduating, he moved to London where he now works as a freelance photographer, videographer and graphic designer.

Maddy joined Lightbox in 2014 and became part of the Culture Team in 2016. While at Lightbox, she developed an interest in documentary photography, which she is now exploring further at the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
